The secure area of the web site is available only to owners and residents and provides them with access to information that is not accessible by the general public. Owners and residents gain access to the site by first “signing up” with the Access Code that was provided to them by the property manager. On each subsequent visit to the secure area, access is gained by logging in with their new password.


 This area lets residents both access information and update their personal information. Some of the features are;

  • View announcements that have been made by the property manager or board of directors.
  • Access a library of documents posted by the property manager.
  • View and update your personal information, such as email address and phone numbers.
  • View the elevator and party room bookings and submit a request.

Owners and residents are encouraged to visit the secure area to familiarize themselves with its contents.
