The Baxter Club is the centre of most social events at The Baxter. Whether it be informal gatherings of neighbours, a social event organized for residents or a private event with your friends and family, this room can cater to most of your needs. A high definition television with DVD and surround sound makes a pleasant spot to watch shows with your neighbours. Tables and chairs facilitate card games and a dart board and pool table challenge the games enthusiasts. Kitchen facilities with fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher support catering needs.
The room is generally available from 9:am to midnight for the enjoyment of all residents. Residents are permitted to book the room for “exclusive private events” up to twice per calendar year per unit. Reservations are on a ‘first come first served’ basis and are made through the concierge desk. Available dates can be viewed on the secure site under Amenity Booking. A security fee will be required to cover possible damage and you are required to leave the room in the same condition you found it. Rules covering usage of the room are posted and everyone is asked to follow them.
