Welcome to The Baxter, a 122 unit luxury condominium in downtown Burlington, Ontario.  Located at the corner of Lakeshore and Elizabeth streets, it is in easy walking distance to fine restaurants, coffee shops and a large variety of retail stores. Across the street is Lake Ontario and 15km of walking and biking paths. The City of Burlington is a vibrant growing community conveniently located at the western end of the Greater Toronto area, 30 minutes from Niagara Falls and just an hour north of the USA border.

If you are an owner or resident and you haven’t already registered, click on the Login tab above, Register from the drop down. If you don’t have an Access Code or have lost it, please request a new one from Ivana Horvath. Through your access code, we get your email address and permission to send important notices to you.
